HOW DOES THE 30-DAY TRIAL WORK?
We are giving you 30 days to try our Jewelry and see for yourself. If you think that the Jewelry is not for you or whatever reason, you may return/exchange the item within the 30-trial period and we'll refund your money back to you after we received your return item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same "good condition" that you received it, clean, with no breakage, and placed in its original packaging. We will not accept exchanges/returns if the user damages the item or the user has received the item for more than 30 days.
TO START A RETURN
1. Email us the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. For exchange, please attach a photo of the incorrect item in your email. Return requests will not be accepted if items are shipped back to us without first requesting.
2. Pack the item back in its original packaging or any good condition box. Please make sure the item is well protected and will not be damaged while shipping back to us.
3. Wait for our response. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
4. Once your return/exchange request is accepted. We'll email you the instructions on how to ship your package.
5. We'll process the refund when we receive your return item in good condition.

Purchased an incorrect size item or received a wrong order?

We will notify you if your refund request has been approved or disapproved once we've received and inspected your return item. If approved, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (1 week) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 30-Day Limited Manufacturer's Defects Warranty
VARI & CO has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 30 Days, starting from the day you received your order. If your Jewelry suffers a breakage, tarnishing, or discoloration due to manufacturing or shipping fault. We will offer you a one-time free repair or a free replacement of that defective item. 6-Month Color Warranty
If your Jewelry loses color due to a manufacturing fault. We will offer you a one-time free repair / free replacement / full refund of that Jewelry.
